What is the Endo Study Club?
The East Coast Endodontic Study Club is an educational group that furthers the professional development and freedom of dental professionals. Members of our study club gain confidence in endodontics through valuable up to date clinically relevant & scientific lectures . We also provide hands-on , live patient and participatory clinical experiences in our inclusive and supportive environment at Dalhousie School of Dentistry under the guidance of endodontists.
How can the Endo Study Club help me?
Our study club can provide you with up to 40 accredited hours that count toward your professional development with inspiring seminars and hands-on, live patient clinical experience. Members have the opportunity to gain professional freedom while creating life-long connections, friendships and partnerships with other members.
Who is eligible to join?
Licensed Dentists are welcome to join our study club.
Is it possible to be a virtual member ?
Yes. A virtual member can attend all 3 ZOOM winter webinars AND the first 3 hours of the in person meetings and receive 16 credits .
Are meetings recorded so I can watch them at my convenience and receive credits ?
Meetings are typically not recorded . On occasion a presenter gives permission to be recorded for members viewing only , however, CE credits are not issued from a recorded presentation.
What if I am a new dental grad?
Every year 5 full memberships are gifted for 2 years to New dental grads at Dalhousie School of Dentistry who will be practicing in HRM . All dental grads ( across Canada ) are gifted 2 years of a virtual membership . Our study club community thrives on supporting new grads in their endo journey and this is in memory of co-founder Dr Randal R. Balcom .
